Ideal base for 4 nights with welcoming and polite staff at every level. Great location to tourist centre, contemporary style building. Also - just next door to sightseeing as well as Toulouse Rail / Bus station.

I booked standard queen room, it was fashionable and complete with 2 bathrooms, the bath, for instance. A shower, a hair dryer, and free toiletries were very handy. Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Toulouse.

The place is extremely convenient, met the criteria. Good sized rooms come with AC and a really decent breakfast plus 2 bathrooms. A really great stay, I would have extended the stay.

We walked everywhere, the location was unbeatable and excellent, near the airport shuttle stop. Further, it was really close to all the main attractions of the city, Toulouse Rail / Bus station and restaurants.

Marvellous and excellent location, just a short walk away from an antiquities museum.

We had a great stay at a simple, clean hotel with a comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. The location was fantastic, right across the street from the train station and only a 10-minute walk to the city center. The breakfast was included and had a wide variety of fresh options, including a juicer for freshly squeezed orange juice.

Quiet and good location for airport, trains etc:

Bath had mould round top. Restaurants nearby were poor quality despite hotel recommending the one next door. Found we were on edge of the Turkish quarter, but this was no problem.

The breakfast is great, offered with yoghurt and cheese, for instance.

New-fashioned and functional units with a reasonable bathroom. Marvellous setting in the fairly nice area, close to the main railway station so very handy location, Railway station, metro and airport shuttle and the trains and walking into the CBD.

Conveniently located just opposite the train station. The staff were friendly and spoke multiple languages. The room was cozy with a huge bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The breakfast included fresh orange juice and a good selection of pastries, breads, and fruit. The hotel also offers free tea and coffee in the reception area. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Location was good... Directly across from the Airport bus stop. Room was big enough & clean. My room faced the road and even with the window open at night I didn't find the noise too bad. Breakfast was ok... About what I'd expected! Overall a much better experience than the reviews suggested! And much better than spending 180€ at the airport!

The bad reviews.... Some people seem to want the world and not pay for it!

Besides, the location was great and magnificent for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of a grand neoclassical palace.

Well, the area was quite poor overall.

Convenient location near airport shuttle and train station. Comfortable bed and clean room. Excellent breakfast and 24 hour tea and coffee. Reliable WiFi. Definitely would stay again.

Close to train station

Extremely dirty balcony . Smoky room . No shower curtain. Soggy floor covering in bathroom. The kind of place that you fear you will gave caught diseases .

The hotel is just across the street from the front of the train station and an easy walk to the city center. The room was quiet on a roof-top courtyard--we had another room when we first checked in at the front of the hotel on a very busy street and without ac were forced to keep the windows open for ventilation so we asked for another room and were cheerfully accommodated.
